These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReelWright ("ReelWright," "we," "us," or "our"), available at reelwright.ai and through the ReelWright application. By applying for or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
ReelWright generates short-form videos and written articles from current news for licensed insurance and real-estate professionals. Nothing is published on your behalf until you review and approve it. You are responsible for the accuracy and compliance of any content you approve for publication under your name and license.
The service is for licensed professionals in good standing. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, to use the service lawfully, and to ensure that content you approve complies with the advertising, licensing, and disclosure rules that apply to your profession and jurisdiction. You are the licensed party of record for content published through the service.
Your use of ReelWright is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"), which forms part of these Terms. The AUP covers avatar and voice consent, your duty to disclose AI-generated content, the terms of the third-party AI providers we build on, your regulatory responsibilities, and prohibited uses. Violating the AUP is a breach of these Terms.
ReelWright creates a synthetic avatar and voice from footage you provide, and uses them to generate content at your direction. You may submit only your own likeness and voice, and only with your explicit, informed consent, which we record and version before any avatar or voice is created. You represent that you are the person in the footage and that you may authorize its use; you may not submit or clone the likeness or voice of any other person. You may withdraw consent and request deletion of your avatar, voice, and source footage at any time; we honor removal requests and pass them to our providers (including HeyGen). No avatar or voice is created for you until a consent record is on file.
All content produced by ReelWright is generated with AI and reviewed by you, the licensed professional, before publication. Each published item carries a plain-language AI disclosure in the caption and/or on-screen and, where the platform supports it, is flagged as AI-generated or synthetic media. You agree to keep these disclosures and platform AI labels in place and not to remove, obscure, or defeat them.
ReelWright relies on third-party AI services — including HeyGen (avatar and voice), fal.ai (b-roll generation), and Anthropic (script and article generation). Your use of ReelWright is also subject to their acceptable-use terms, and you agree to comply with them: no impersonation, deepfakes, or non-consensual likeness; consent and removal for cloned likenesses; and, for insurance content, professional review and AI disclosure. These pass-through obligations are detailed in the AUP.
If you opt in, you agree to receive automated recurring transactional text messages from ReelWright — such as content approval alerts — at the mobile number you provide. You must be 18 or older to enroll. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; ReelWright does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP (we also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT). After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation and then stop sending messages; reply START to opt back in. For help, reply HELP or email hello@reelwright.ai. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most major U.S. carriers; carriers may be added or removed at any time, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Paid plans are described at sign-up and on our pricing page. To reserve a seat you provide a valid payment method. Your plan includes a 14-day free trial that begins the day your reel goes live; you are not charged during the trial, and you will never be billed for time spent waiting for your onboarding wave. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are charged nothing. After the trial, your plan bills automatically at your plan rate each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Founding-member rates, once locked, do not increase for as long as the plan remains active.
Your plan includes a set amount of content per period (for example, a cinematic video each day). Unused daily allotments may roll over up to a capped buffer so a slow week is never wasted; the buffer does not accumulate without limit. Additional videos and premium cinematic renders are produced using credits, which you can purchase in top-up packs.
Credits and top-ups are usable only while your subscription is active and do not carry over or refund if you cancel. Top-up packs are digital goods delivered on use and are final-sale and non-refundable once any credit in the pack has been consumed. To keep the service fast and available for everyone, a reasonable daily render cap applies regardless of credit balance, and we may pace or queue unusually high-volume requests. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service — including attempts to stockpile output for resale, chargeback fraud, or use that violates these terms. Initiating a chargeback for services rendered or credits consumed is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension.
You retain ownership of your own name, likeness, and brand. You grant ReelWright the permissions needed to generate and publish content at your direction, including the use of your provided voice and image to create your content.
